百丈山居度假酒店
百丈山居度假酒店位于杭州市余杭区百丈镇溪口村罗瑶坞,占地约9.96亩,总建筑面积4910㎡,项目选址范围土地利用规划为林地性质。
项目定位为精品民宿酒店,结合原乡特色、山林野趣,达到天人合一。
总体规划采用低层高密度的传统山地村落模式。建筑多采用三合院的形制,利用建筑和庭院之间的巷道空间,引入自然采光、通风。以毛石、夯土和青瓦等建材,局部选用极具百丈特色的竹编工艺和茅草屋顶,以体现传统和生态理念。
The baizhang shanju Resort Hotel is located in Luoyao Wu,Xikou village,Baizhang Town,Yuhang district,Hangzhou,with an approximate site area of9,960 square meters and a overall floorage of 4,910 square meters. The site ismainly covered by forest land.
As a boutique home stay hotel, we try to make it reach the aim ofharmony between humans and nature by combine the traditional character of thevillage as well as the forest wild。
The overall planing adopt the traditional pattern of mountainousvillages with low-rise high density。 The buildings are mainly in the shape of three-section compoundwhich makes it possible to let natural light and fresh air in through thestreet space between buildings and gardens. The project use rubble, rammedearth and grey tile as the main materials while in some part of the project weuse the featured local Bamboo-woven handicrafts and thatch roof to express theconcept of tradition and ecology.
缤纷糖果、绚斓童年——之江第一幼儿园
之江第一幼儿园地处杭州之江度假区B-50地块,占地约10亩,总建筑面积6548㎡。以“糖果”为主题,采用开放式教学理念,注重 “立体游戏、无界互动”的空间组织模式。
每个“糖果单元”均采用南北向布置,各单元之间采用敞廊适当分离,结合开放式内院,引导气流促进自然通风,形成夏季风道,建筑北侧结合建筑造型设计挡风构架,以减少冬季西北风对教学单元和活动空间的影响,确保良好的采光、通风和保暖。
建筑选材力求原生态,考虑雨水收集和光伏发电,减少能源损耗。
Colorful Candy and Wonderful Childhood-Zhijiang No.1 kindergarten Zhijiang No.1 kindergarten is located in Hangzhou Zhijiang Resort,block B-50, with an approximate site area of 10,000 square meters and a overallfloorage of 6,548 square meters. The concept of this kindergarten is Candy andas for the pattern of spacial organization, we focus on blurring the boundariesof spaces with various function as well as the definition of inside and outsideto emphasize the idea of open teaching.
All Candy units face up to the south and are separated by opencorridors. Those corridors together with the open internal courtyard make itpossible for natural ventilation to generate the summer wind. While in winter,we put wind screen on the north side of the building to reduce the impact ofthe wind towards teaching and other activities and to ensure sufficientsunlight, ventilation and heat.
When it comes to the materials, we try to use ecological and localmaterials and consider rain water collection as well as photovoltaic powergeneration to lower the energy loss.
